My Love of North Castle

After ten years in the city, my wife and I were excited to begin our search for the right suburb where we could raise our growing family. We hoped to find a town with quality schools, true character, and perhaps a little bit of a ‘country feel’. It was during a visit to the annual Lion’s Club Fol-De-Rol Festival in 2013 that we both became certain North Castle would become our home. We loved its small-town heart and all of the wonderful events where the community could join together. Three children and one dog later, our love for this town has only grown with time. We have been dedicated and involved residents since our move, giving back through volunteering and charitable endeavors. In addition to volunteering as the President of Byram Hills Youth Lacrosse, my wife Rachel is an active volunteer within other town sports, at our children’s elementary and middle schools, and within our synagogue. I have served on our town’s AYSO soccer board, volunteered as a 7-time soccer coach, ice hockey coach, and baseball coach. We have both helped to organize and support charity events for wonderful organizations including Sunrise Day Camp and the Children’s Cancer Fund.

My Background
I graduated from Cornell University in 2003 and pursued a successful 15-year career in finance, working as an investment banker and portfolio manager at one of the world’s largest hedge funds. In 2018, I was ready for a new challenge and founded my own Westchester-based business, which has continued to grow and currently employs 20 people.
